Accounts/Project Manager at a boutique creative agency

Remote / Part-time / 30 hours per week permanent position

Creative Curiosity based out of Jackson, Wyoming is on the lookout for a friendly and experienced Accounts/Project Manager to join our dynamic creative marketing team. As the Accounts/Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee client accounts and ensure the successful completion of marketing projects with the creative team from beginning to end. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. It's important to have a positive attitude for this role, as you will be required to handle challenging client interactions and navigate complex project requirements with professionalism and grace.


What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Build trust while inspiring and leading internal teams to do their best work and drive results.
  • Become the subject matter expert on our internal project management tools and systems (we currently use Ensure maximizing the capabilities of the PM tools and systems, automating and scaling within these tools wherever possible. Train and educate users on best practices, solicit feedback, and continually optimize the PM systems to enable the marketing team to complete their work with clarity, efficiency, and quality.


Who You Are:

An ambitious and highly-organized project manager who is passionate about delivering complex projects and campaigns.

Extremely attentive to deadlines, processes, and details with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Have a strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable project plans.

A clear communicator and informal influencer across teams. With clients, you offer consistent and responsive support through the process, and keep them happy along the way. 

A proactive problem solver who isn’t afraid to dive in and get your hands dirty. 

Able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting expectations and client goals while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Able to give and receive feedback thoughtfully. Your insights aid our business development and leadership in selling and utilizing our services most effectively.

Resilient and thick skin with the ability to handle challenging client interactions and confidently navigate high-pressure situations.

Unafraid to ask for help, perspective, or advice — and actively seek solutions and opportunities to further your own knowledge base and skill set.

Ideally, you have at least 3 years of account management and/or project management within a creative agency or marketing environment.

You have a great sense of humor and an understanding of when/where to let it fly.  



  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years of account management and/or project management within a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • Preferred: experience with marketing automation platforms.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

30 hours per week



Monthly Wellness Stipend 

PTO after 6 months of employment

$30-$37 / hour 

Pay based on experience
